Notice the location of the Equator and the dark-colored zones (1) of Wet Equatorial / Tropical Rainforest (Af) climate.  Think about the seasonal reversal of the Trade Winds and the directions they would flow to become wet summer monsoons in the adjoining, lighter colored zones (2).
