| At the University of Idaho: The Biocomplexity
Graduate Seminar Series, Biol 501, in collaboration with
Dr.
Steve Krone. Students and some faculty present and discuss
papers on the interface of (micro)biology and mathematics.
Although worlds apart, mathematicians and biologists learn to ‘talk’
to each other in a somewhat ‘common language’. This course arose
from the interactions between the faculty in the Math and Biology
departments within the
CrePE project [Center for Research on Evolutionary Processes
(CRePE)].
