| I was a BRIN (Biomedical Research Infrastructure
Network) undergraduate fellow working in Dr. Magnusson’s lab during
the summer of 2003. For my research project, I worked on knocking down
the mRNA and protein expression of the epsilon2 subunit of the NMDA
receptor in young mice and studied the consequent behavior changes. My
work involved surgery, behavioral testing, tissue sectioning and
immunohistochemical staining, and data analysis. |
