Pam Brunsfeld introducing  the Conference of Northwest Herbaria Friday evening before Rhoda Love's presentation on Louis F. Henderson, the 'Grand Old Man of Northwest Botany'.

Pictures from Saturday Events:

Getting a close up view was often necessary during Joy Mastroguiseppe's Saturday morning Carex workshop.

Workshop attendees had around a dozen sedges to key out Saturday morning with the expert help of Joy Mastroguiseppe.

Several attendees hard at work on Carex specimens.

Steve and Pam Brunsfeld leading conference attendees through some 'easy' Salix keying during Steve's Saturday afternoon workshop.

A captive audience is hard to beat!

Workshop attendees keyed around ten common willows.
